# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
05 - 120 grams unsalted butter, melted
06 - 4 cups fresh peaches, cut into slices
07 - 1 cup granulated sugar

# Steps:

01 - Spread your batter out in a baking dish that's been buttered up, scatter the peach mix over the top, and pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden up top.
02 - Mix melted butter and vanilla right into the batter and make sure it's totally mixed in.
03 - Grab another bowl and whisk flour, the leftover sugar, milk, and baking powder until you've got a nice smooth mixture.
04 - Toss the peach slices and 120 grams sugar together in a bowl, then let it sit for a bit.
