# Ingredients:

01 - Pepper as you like
02 - Plain flour, about 125g
03 - Two eggs

# Steps:

02 - Toss the drained chips onto a tray, splash on oil, season them, and bake till they're crisp, flipping them halfway.
03 - Warm up some oil in a pan. Fry the crumbed fish until they're cooked through and have a nice golden crust, flipping now and then.
04 - Cover the fish first in flour, then coat with whisked eggs, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs.
05 - Boil the potato pieces for about 5 minutes in salted water, then let all the water drain out.
06 - Peel the potatoes, then chop them into chunky fries.
07 - Switch your oven on and set it to 200°C so it's nice and hot.
