Pop the golden chips and hot fish fingers on plates. Dunk them in your favorite dip if you want.

Toss the drained chips onto a tray, splash on oil, season them, and bake till they're crisp, flipping them halfway.

Warm up some oil in a pan. Fry the crumbed fish until they're cooked through and have a nice golden crust, flipping now and then.

Cover the fish first in flour, then coat with whisked eggs, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs.

Boil the potato pieces for about 5 minutes in salted water, then let all the water drain out.

Peel the potatoes, then chop them into chunky fries.
