Brownie Pie Indulgence (Print Version)

Super fudgy brownie pie with crisp edges, soft gooey center, and loads of chocolate chips you just can't forget.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 175 grams chocolate chips
02 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
03 - 100 grams cocoa powder
04 - 225 grams unsalted butter
05 - 4 large eggs
06 - 400 grams granulated sugar
07 - 125 grams all-purpose flour
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Hang tight till it’s cooled right in the dish, then slice it up and enjoy.
02 - Spread the batter into a buttered pie pan and even out the top. Pop it in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. It’s ready when a toothpick poked in the middle comes out with sticky crumbs.
03 - Mix chocolate chips right into the batter with a light hand.
04 - Toss the dry blend into the wet stuff bit by bit. Give it an easy mix—don’t overdo it.
05 - Grab a second bowl. Mix salt, cocoa powder, and all-purpose flour together.
06 - Once sugar and butter are mixed, beat in the eggs one at a time. Once those are in, splash in the vanilla and stir.
07 - When the butter’s melted, pour sugar in and stir really well.
08 - Get your saucepan on low heat and melt the butter nice and slow.
09 - Get your oven going to 175°C and let it heat up fully.

# Notes:

01 - Level up with some vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.
02 - Pop leftovers in a sealed container so they don’t dry out.
03 - Want crunch or extra taste? Toss in some walnuts or pecans just before baking.
