01 - 1/4 cup red onion, cut thin
02 - 1 avocado, chopped up
03 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
04 - 1 cup cucumber, sliced up
05 - 4 cups of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine), cleaned

→ Dressing

06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, squeezed fresh
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

# Steps:

01 - Pour your dressing across the greens and veggies. Give it a gentle mix right before you dish it up.
