Turn your grill up to medium-high and let it heat until it's ready to do the job right.

Toss diced peaches, chipotle peppers, garlic, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce into a blender. Pulse until everything's totally smooth.

Drench chicken breasts in half your peach chipotle sauce. Every bit should get covered. Let it chill and soak for at least half an hour.

Take the chicken out of its marinade and throw that marinade away. Place chicken on your hot grill and cook about 6-7 minutes each side. You're looking for an internal temp of 75°C.

Spread the leftover sauce over the chicken once it’s almost cooked through. That’ll give it tons of flavor and keep it juicy.

Serve the chicken fresh off the grill. Add extra peach chipotle sauce if you want even more kick.
