# Ingredients:

→ Beef & Base

01 - 225 g noodles
02 - 450 g ground beef

→ Sauce & Aromatics

03 - 15 g ginger, chopped fine
04 - 15 ml vegetable oil
05 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
06 - 60 ml hoisin sauce
07 - 60 ml soy sauce

→ Veggies & Topping

08 - Salt and pepper, as needed
09 - 2 green onions, sliced
10 - 1 cup bell peppers, cut into strips

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle green onions on top. Add a bit of pepper and salt if you want.
02 - Throw bell peppers and your noodles in the pan. Give it all a good stir. Let everything get nice and hot.
03 - Pour in both the hoisin and soy sauce. Mix them in well. Let it bubble away for around 5 minutes for better taste.
04 - Drop the ground beef into your pan. Keep turning it now and then until the meat's fully browned and cooked.
05 - Pour the oil in a big pan and warm it over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, give them a quick fry for about a minute until they smell yummy.
06 - Boil some water and cook noodles as the packet says. Drain the water off, then set the noodles aside.

# Notes:

01 - Want it saltier or sweeter? Change up the soy or hoisin until it’s how you like.
02 - Swap out the bell peppers for snow peas, carrots, or any crisp veggie you’ve got.
