Sprinkle green onions on top. Add a bit of pepper and salt if you want.

Throw bell peppers and your noodles in the pan. Give it all a good stir. Let everything get nice and hot.

Pour in both the hoisin and soy sauce. Mix them in well. Let it bubble away for around 5 minutes for better taste.

Drop the ground beef into your pan. Keep turning it now and then until the meat's fully browned and cooked.

Pour the oil in a big pan and warm it over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, give them a quick fry for about a minute until they smell yummy.

Boil some water and cook noodles as the packet says. Drain the water off, then set the noodles aside.
