Oven-Baked Chicken Bites (Print Version)

Crunchy chicken bites with bold flavor, baked up with garlic, paprika, and a hit of Parmesan. Great for sharing with friends.

# Ingredients:

→ Dipping Sauce

01 - 2 tablespoons low-salt soy sauce
02 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Seasoning and Coating

03 - 25 g shredded Parmesan
04 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, ground
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Chicken

09 - 680 g chicken breast, no bones or skin

# Steps:

01 - Pile the hot chicken bites onto a plate, and either pour on the sauce or pop it in a bowl for dipping.
02 - Grab a bowl and blend your honey with the soy sauce while the bites finish in the oven.
03 - Slide that dish into the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. You want golden tops and chicken cooked through—shoot for an inside temp of at least 74°C.
04 - Toss each chunk of meat in your cheesy seasoning mix, making sure they're all well covered, then lay them out flat in the greased dish.
05 - Mix your Parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil together in a bowl until you get a thick, gooey mix.
06 - Chop the chicken into small chunks, then dust them with pepper and salt until they’re nicely covered.
07 - Turn your oven up to 200°C. Spray a baking dish with a bit of nonstick spray so nothing sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure your chicken sits in one layer in the dish so every bite browns and cooks evenly.
02 - Let the chicken cool just a bit before you dig in. It’ll stay juicy that way.
