Peach Burrata Balsamic (Print Version)

Fresh greens, ripe peaches, and burrata layered together, all brought to life with a bright balsamic topping. Super light and cool for summer days.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 4 handfuls of fresh arugula and spinach, cleaned up

→ Fruits & Cheese

02 - Split 225 g burrata cheese into smaller chunks
03 - 2 juicy peaches, chopped into slices

→ Dressings & Seasonings

04 - Pinch of fresh black pepper, add as you like
05 - Dash of salt, go with what feels right
06 - 2 big spoons extra virgin olive oil
07 - 3 big spoons of thick balsamic glaze

# Steps:

01 - Splash the olive oil all over, then swirl the balsamic glaze. Quick sprinkle of salt and grind of pepper on top right before digging in.
02 - Toss torn burrata chunks over everything, letting them rest where they land.
03 - Lay down your peach slices right on top of those greens, scatter them around.
04 - Spread the greens out on your big salad bowl or platter. Make sure they cover the whole bottom.
05 - Wash those peaches and use a sharp knife to carve them into nice thick slices.

# Notes:

01 - Best results when peaches are super ripe, and it's a good call to throw everything together right before eating so it stays fresh.
