Peach Oats (Print Version)

Cold oats mixed with juicy peaches, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and maple syrup for a tasty wake-up treat that's ready when you are.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 60 ml Greek yogurt
02 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
04 - 160 g fresh peaches, chopped
05 - 240 ml milk or plant-based alternative
06 - 240 ml rolled oats

→ Toppings

07 - 30 g chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)

# Steps:

01 - Toss the Greek yogurt, oats, milk, cinnamon, chopped peaches, and sweetener into a big bowl. Give it a really good stir so everything gets together.
02 - Spoon the oat mix into two jars or bowls with lids, making sure both get an even share.
03 - Stick the lids on each container and set them in the fridge for at least eight hours or leave them there overnight so the oats get soft and everything soaks up the flavors.
04 - In the morning, mix up the oats, throw on your favorite chopped nuts, and eat right out of the jar or dump it into a bowl if you like.

01 - If you want more crunch, put fresh peaches or nuts on just before eating.
