Toss the Greek yogurt, oats, milk, cinnamon, chopped peaches, and sweetener into a big bowl. Give it a really good stir so everything gets together.

Spoon the oat mix into two jars or bowls with lids, making sure both get an even share.

Stick the lids on each container and set them in the fridge for at least eight hours or leave them there overnight so the oats get soft and everything soaks up the flavors.

In the morning, mix up the oats, throw on your favorite chopped nuts, and eat right out of the jar or dump it into a bowl if you like.
