Pizza Burgers Tips (Print Version)

Sink your teeth into burgers layered with sauce, mozzarella, and spicy pepperoni. These five tips will make 'em extra tasty.

# Ingredients:

→ Toppings and Assembly

01 - 60 grams pepperoni slices
02 - 4 gluten-free burger buns
03 - 110 grams mozzarella, shredded
04 - 240 millilitres pizza sauce

→ Patties

05 - Black pepper (as much as you like)
06 - Salt (to taste)
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
08 - 450 grams beef mince

# Steps:

01 - Pop the cheesy, saucy patty on the bun, cover with the top, and dig in while everything’s hot.
02 - Bring the buns to the grill for a quick toast, just long enough to get them nicely browned.
03 - A minute before pulling the patties off, spread pizza sauce on them, load up with mozzarella and pepperoni, then close the lid so the cheese melts all gooey.
04 - Toss the burgers onto the hot grill and let them cook for about 5 to 6 minutes per side, until they’re done right through and have a deep brown crust.
05 - Split the meat mix into four portions and squish each into a burger shape.
06 - Dump minced beef, Italian herbs, salt, and some black pepper into a bowl and mix until everything’s blended together.
07 - Fire up your grill to medium-high and wait till it’s hot all over.
