Strawberry Burrata Prosciutto (Print Version)

Strawberries, creamy burrata, and slices of prosciutto get tossed with maple balsamic for a cool summer bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 4 cups (120 g) mixed greens like arugula or spinach
02 - 2 cups (300 g) sliced, fresh strawberries
03 - 4 oz (115 g) thin prosciutto slices
04 - 8 oz (225 g) burrata, ripped up in small bits

→ Dressing

05 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
06 - 3 tablespoons (45 ml) balsamic vinegar
07 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) real maple syrup

# Steps:

01 - Spread mixed greens in your biggest salad bowl. You want all the good stuff on top.
02 - Rinse strawberries then slice them up. Rip that burrata apart into little chunks with your hands.
03 - Toss your juicy strawberry slices and the prosciutto right on top of your greens.
04 - Grab a small bowl and whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup until everything looks smooth.
05 - Pour your homemade dressing over the salad and gently toss it all together right before you’re gonna eat.
06 - Pop the salad onto plates or just put it out on a big platter. Eat it right after mixing so everything’s nice and fresh.

# Notes:

01 - You’ll want sweet, ripe strawberries and burrata that’s super creamy. Put it all together right before you eat so your greens stay crunchy.
