Shrimp Scampi Love (Print Version)

Buttery shrimp, garlic, white wine, and pasta mix together for a speedy, tasty seafood dish everyone'll want seconds of.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 225 g linguine or spaghetti

→ Pantry

02 - Salt, toss in as much as you like
03 - Freshly ground black pepper, season it your way
04 - 120 ml dry white wine
05 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

06 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up
07 - 15 g fresh parsley, minced

08 - 60 g unsalted butter

→ Seafood

09 - 450 g big shrimp, peeled and cleaned

# Steps:

01 - Spoon out the shrimp pasta onto some plates right away. Don't wait around.
02 - Sprinkle in the chopped parsley and add the cooked noodles to the pan. Mix gently so every bite gets a little of everything and let it warm up.
03 - Pour the wine into the skillet and let it bubble for a couple minutes so everything blends together.
04 - Dump the shrimp into the pan. Season with black pepper and some salt. Cook just until the shrimp turn pink and look kinda firm, around 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - In a decent-sized skillet on medium, melt that butter. Add red pepper flakes and your chopped garlic, and stir for a minute so it gets nice and fragrant.
06 - Boil some salted water in a big pot and cook the pasta by checking the package for directions. Drain it when done and keep it off to the side.
