Seafood Pasta Favorites (Print Version)

Juicy shrimp and crab with crunchy veggies swirl together in pasta for a cool, bold summer crowd-pleaser.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Main Mix

01 - 15 grams chopped fresh parsley
02 - 40 grams red onion, minced
03 - 75 grams cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
04 - 240 grams crab meat
05 - 240 grams shrimp, cooked
06 - 225 grams pasta, uncooked

→ Sauce

07 - Black pepper, as much as you like
08 - Salt, however you want it
09 - 30 millilitres lemon juice, squeezed by hand
10 - 120 grams mayo

# Steps:

01 - Once everything's covered in dressing, put a lid on it and chill for at least half an hour before digging in.
02 - Grab a tiny bowl and blend the mayo, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt till it looks smooth.
03 - Pour your creamy dressing over the seafood and pasta in the big bowl. Toss it really gently so you don’t break up all the pieces.
04 - Toss the parsley, onions, tomatoes, shrimp, crab, and cooled pasta in a big mixing bowl. It’s okay if it’s a little messy.
05 - Cook pasta in salty water until it’s just done. Dump it into a colander to drain and wait until it cools off a bit.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in gluten-free or whole wheat pasta if that's your thing.
02 - Make life easy and throw this together a day ahead if you need.
03 - You can toss in scallops or smoked salmon to shake things up.
