Slowly pour in the cream, bring it to a low simmer, and scrape up every tasty bit stuck to the pan.

Toss in the steak pieces. Stir and turn so every edge sears up nice and brown.

Get your skillet going over medium. Melt the butter then throw in your minced garlic and let it get fragrant. Just about a minute.

Cook penne in salty water till it's got a bite to it. Drain it well and toss it aside for later.
