Tomato Peach Burrata (Print Version)

Grab juicy tomatoes, lush peaches, and smooth burrata for a lively summer side you’ll want at every picnic or chill hangout.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Components

01 - 225 g fresh burrata cheese, pulled in chunks
02 - 2 medium juicy peaches, sliced up
03 - 480 g ripe heirloom tomatoes, cut into pieces

→ Garnish and Dressing

04 - 15 g basil leaves, torn by hand
05 - Freshly cracked black pepper, as much as you like
06 - 15 ml balsamic vinegar
07 - Salt, sprinkle to your liking
08 - 45 ml good extra virgin olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Throw basil leaves all over the top and dig in right away.
02 - Pour olive oil and vinegar on everything. Shake on all the salt and black pepper you want.
03 - Drop the burrata pieces all over your tomato and peach mix.
04 - Tip the cut tomatoes and peaches into a big bowl and toss them gently so they're pretty mixed up.
05 - Give your tomatoes and peaches a rinse, then slice them into easy-to-eat chunks.

# Notes:

01 - Pick the best in-season tomatoes and peaches you can. Let everything sit out of the fridge so nothing feels cold—tastes way better that way.
