Put chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Let it soak in a bit.

Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until it’s smooth in a small bowl.

Cook the noodles by the package directions. Drain well and set to the side.

Heat half the oil in a wok on medium-high. Cook chicken till it's golden and done. Take it out and keep warm.

Use the same wok with the leftover oil. Toss onions and veggies till they’re crisp-tender.

Add chicken back, then noodles and sauce. Mix well so everything’s coated and hot.

Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Serve right away while it’s warm.
