Put the chopped apple filling, caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir it all up so everything’s combined well.

Lay your wonton wrappers out flat. Drop a spoonful of the filling right in the middle of each one.

Brush some beaten egg around the wrappers’ edges. Fold each wrapper into a triangle and press down firmly so no air gets trapped.

Turn on your air fryer to 175°C and let it warm up for about 3 minutes.

Spritz the wontons with cooking spray. Arrange them in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through till they’re crispy and golden. Do this in batches if you need to.

Take the wontons out and let them cool a bit. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you like before digging in.
