Put the potato slices in the air fryer basket single-layered so they don’t stack. Cook at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Give the basket a good shake halfway to make sure they crisp up all around.

Rinse the potatoes well and rub off any dirt. Then cut them into thin rounds about 6 millimeters thick.

Toss the potato rounds in olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper till everything’s spread out evenly.
