01 - 300 grams russet potatoes, medium size

02 - 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

01 - Let the chips chill a bit after taking them out. Grab your favorite sauce for dipping and enjoy.
02 - Put the potato slices in the air fryer basket single-layered so they don’t stack. Cook at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Give the basket a good shake halfway to make sure they crisp up all around.
03 - Rinse the potatoes well and rub off any dirt. Then cut them into thin rounds about 6 millimeters thick.
04 - Toss the potato rounds in olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper till everything’s spread out evenly.
05 - Turn your air fryer on to a hot 200 degrees Celsius.
06 - Arrange the slices flat in the basket so they're not overlapping. This helps them cook evenly.
