# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 450 grams chicken, cut into chunks

→ Dumplings

02 - 450 grams potato gnocchi

→ Cheese & Cream

03 - 100 grams grated asiago
04 - 480 ml thick cream

05 - 30 ml olive oil
06 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

→ Spices

07 - Salt as you like
08 - Black pepper as you like

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm olive oil over medium heat in a big pan. Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until nice and brown all over.
02 - Add chopped garlic next and cook it about a minute until you smell it.
03 - Pour in the cream and let it simmer gently. Mix in the asiago and stir until the sauce is smooth.
04 - Cook gnocchi following the directions on the package and make sure to drain well.
