Warm olive oil over medium heat in a big pan. Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until nice and brown all over.

Add chopped garlic next and cook it about a minute until you smell it.

Pour in the cream and let it simmer gently. Mix in the asiago and stir until the sauce is smooth.

Cook gnocchi following the directions on the package and make sure to drain well.

Add the gnocchi to the pan and toss them so they get fully covered in the cheesy sauce.

Sprinkle in salt and pepper to your liking. Finish it off with fresh parsley before serving.
