Chicken Cranberry Salad (Print Version)

Greens, tangy cranberries, toasted almonds, and chicken thrown together for a fresh meal that’s done in no time.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
02 - 1 cup mixed greens
03 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
04 - 1/4 cup sliced almonds
05 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries

→ Dressing

06 - 1/2 cup sesame dressing

# Steps:

01 - Spoon everything onto some plates and eat right away, or chill in the fridge if you want it cold.
02 - Take tongs and toss all your salad stuff so it all gets coated.
03 - Drizzle sesame dressing on the whole salad where everyone can get some in each bite.
04 - Top the bowl with almonds so you’ve got some extra crunch in there.
05 - Dump the greens, green onions, chicken, and cranberries into a big bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Chicken takes on deeper flavor if you soak it in a bit of soy sauce first.
02 - Cooking chicken over a grill gives it a little smoky flavor.
03 - Swap in fresh cranberries for more tang, if you’ve got them.
