# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dry stuff

01 - 1 g nutmeg ground
02 - 10 g baking powder
03 - 160 g oats rolled
04 - Pinch salt
05 - 2 g cinnamon ground

→ Wet stuff

06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 245 g pumpkin puree
08 - 60 ml maple syrup
09 - 240 ml milk or any milk substitute
10 - 2 mashed ripe bananas

→ Extras

11 - 60 g dried fruits or nuts if you like

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Let it sit and cool a bit before cutting and eating.
02 - Spread batter in the greased pan. Bake at 175°C for half an hour to 35 minutes until it looks golden on top.
03 - Whisk pumpkin, bananas, eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth in a big bowl.
04 - If you want, toss in nuts or dried fruits and stir them in well.
05 - Heat oven to 175°C and grease a 20 by 20 cm pan.
06 - Carefully mix in oats and baking powder until everything’s blended.
