# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup warm milk
02 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1 cup mashed banana (approximately 2-3 medium bananas)

→ Filling

09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
12 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

→ Icing

13 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
14 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
15 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
16 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and mashed banana to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
03 - Gradually add flour, stirring until the dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes.
04 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
05 - In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
06 - Roll dough on a floured surface into a 20x14-inch rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the surface and sprinkle with walnuts, if using.
07 - Roll up tightly from the long side. Cut into 12 rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
08 - Cover the rolls and let them rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
10 - In a bowl, beat cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
