Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet, cook the Jimmy Dean sausage over medium heat, crumbling it as it browns. Drain excess grease.

Spread the frozen Ore-Ida hashbrowns evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Top with cooked sausage.

In a bowl, whisk together the McCormick gravy mix and milk until smooth. Pour the mixture over the sausage and hashbrowns.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top. Cut the Pillsbury biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
