# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - One tube (463 grams) of chilled biscuit dough

→ Meat

02 - About 454 grams of crumbled breakfast sausage

→ Veggies & Aromatics

03 - Two garlic cloves, minced
04 - 80 grams chopped onion

05 - 120 ml whole milk
06 - 100 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 56 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded

08 - 32 grams all-purpose flour

→ Ready-made

09 - 240 ml prepped or store-bought sausage gravy

→ Eggs

10 - Two large eggs

→ Seasoning

11 - Salt to your liking
12 - Black pepper as needed

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 190°C. Grease a 30 cm pizza pan or baking tray lightly.
02 - Dust a surface with flour and roll the biscuit dough so it fits the pan. Press it so it covers the bottom and edges to make a crust.
03 - Cook sausage in a big pan on medium heat till it’s fully browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Take it off and set aside.
04 - In the same pan, cook onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes till soft. Sprinkle flour on top and stir for a minute. Slowly whisk in milk and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till thick. Add sausage back in and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Spread the sausage gravy over the biscuit base. Scatter the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly. Crack the eggs on top, spacing them out.
06 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes till the crust turns golden and cheese melts and bubbles. The eggs should be set but a bit runny in the middle. Let it rest for a few minutes, then sprinkle parsley on top and slice.
