Brazilian Creamy Limeade (Print Version)

Icy-cold, rich limeade that gets its creaminess from condensed milk and zing from lots of lime zest.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Ice cubes for chilling
02 - 60 millilitres sweetened condensed milk, more if you like it sweeter
03 - 100 grams white sugar
04 - 5 whole limes, sliced into wedges, skins left on
05 - 1.4 litres cold, filtered water

# Steps:

01 - Drop plenty of ice cubes into your glasses. Pour the creamy lime mix right on top. Add a lime wedge for extra flair if you want.
02 - Give the blender a quick rinse. Pour back in the strained lime juice, toss in the sweetened condensed milk, and blend until it's smooth and a bit foamy.
03 - Slowly strain everything you just blended into a big bowl using a fine strainer. Let the juice drip through, then throw out all the bits that are left behind.
04 - Toss the lime wedges, sugar, and cold water into a blender. Run it until it's all mixed up and the limes are in tiny pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with filtered water so your drink tastes fresh and clean.
02 - Blending whole limes, including the skin, gives the real deal flavor. Just strain it well so it doesn't get too bitter.
