Pistachio Cookie Bars (Print Version)

Tender, buttery bites loaded with pistachio goodness. These easy green bars always get the crowd asking for more.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box sugar cookie mix (roughly 496 grams)
02 - 2 big eggs
03 - 115 grams unsalted butter, nice and soft
04 - 96 grams pistachio instant pudding powder

# Steps:

01 - Set the pan in the oven and wait 15 to 18 minutes until you see the edges just hitting a light golden color. Take it out, hang tight, and let it cool off all the way before you slice up those bars.
02 - Take a greased 25 x 38 cm sheet, drop in the dough, and use your hands or spatula to press it out so it covers the whole thing as evenly as you can.
03 - Pour in the sugar cookie mix bit by bit into your wet ingredients and keep mixing everything until it gets thick and sticky.
04 - Toss butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding powder into your biggest bowl. Blend ‘em up until there aren’t any streaks left and it all looks smooth.
05 - Crank your oven to 190°C (375°F) first and make sure it’s ready to go before you do anything else.

# Notes:

01 - Want cleaner cuts? Let the bars cool all the way, or put them in the fridge for a bit before cutting.
