Set the pan in the oven and wait 15 to 18 minutes until you see the edges just hitting a light golden color. Take it out, hang tight, and let it cool off all the way before you slice up those bars.

Take a greased 25 x 38 cm sheet, drop in the dough, and use your hands or spatula to press it out so it covers the whole thing as evenly as you can.

Pour in the sugar cookie mix bit by bit into your wet ingredients and keep mixing everything until it gets thick and sticky.

Toss butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding powder into your biggest bowl. Blend ‘em up until there aren’t any streaks left and it all looks smooth.

Crank your oven to 190°C (375°F) first and make sure it’s ready to go before you do anything else.
