03 - Use the back of a spoon to gently push the nuts and apples into the chocolate so they stick well.
04 - Scatter the chopped pecans all over the caramel layer.
05 - Evenly spoon the caramel over the apples.
06 - Spread the diced apples over the chocolate layer.
07 - Pour the melted spiced white chocolate onto the lined sheet and smooth it out with a spatula.

10 - Cover a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat to get it ready.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Try salted caramel for a tastier twist. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge, good up to a week. You can swap pecans for almonds or walnuts if you want.
