08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Fresh basil leaves for decorating (optional)

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 190°C (375°F) and let it warm up.
02 - Cut the pizza dough into 7.5 by 7.5 cm squares on a floured surface.
03 - Put the mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara sauce into the middle of each dough square.
04 - Fold the squares into balls, making sure the edges are sealed tight around the filling.
05 - Put the dough balls seam-side down on a greased tray. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes if you want a little heat.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they're golden and cooked all the way through.
07 - Let them sit a bit before adding fresh basil on top if you like. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Keep some marinara sauce handy for dipping. If you want it hotter, add more red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
