Heat your oven to 200 degrees C and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a pan on medium heat, melt the butter then cook the chopped garlic for about half a minute until you smell it.

Use a brush to spread the garlic butter over each flatbread crust nice and even.

Cover each flatbread with Alfredo sauce, spreading it all around.

Scatter the cooked chicken on top of the sauce, then add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese all over.

Put the flatbreads on the lined sheets and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Look for the cheese to melt, bubble, and turn golden.

Take them out of the oven. Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley. Add red pepper flakes if you want some kick. Let them sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
