05 - Thirty milliliters cooking oil for frying

08 - Soy sauce with low salt, 60 milliliters

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Cut the chicken into thin strips. Chop broccoli into small pieces after rinsing.
02 - Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Let the chicken soak in it for 15 minutes or more.
03 - Heat the cooking oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Put in the chicken and stir-fry till it's browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Throw in the broccoli and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes until it looks bright and is just a bit crisp.
