# Ingredients:

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound until approximately 1.3 cm (1/2 inch) thick.
03 - Lay two slices of turkey and one slice of Swiss cheese on each flattened chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
04 - Prepare three separate dishes: one with flour, another with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and a third with breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder and seasoning.
05 - Coat each chicken roll in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with seasoned breadcrumbs.
06 - Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
07 - Transfer the seared chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
08 - In a saucepan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Whisk in a small amount of flour, then gradually add milk and Swiss cheese, stirring continuously until smooth and creamy.
09 - Remove toothpicks or twine from chicken rolls. Slice and serve drizzled with the Swiss cheese sauce.
