# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put all the marinade stuff like olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a big bowl. Stir it up good until it's mixed well.
02 - Toss the chicken in that marinade and make sure it's all covered. Pop it in the fridge for at least half an hour. Overnight is even better if you want juicier meat.
03 - Heat your grill, grill pan, or skillet on medium-high. Take the chicken out of the marinade and cook each side for about 5 to 7 minutes. Check if it's reached 75°C inside. Let it sit a bit before cutting it into strips.
04 - In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, grated cucumber, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir it all smooth and chill it until you're ready to eat.
05 - Split the basmati rice into your bowls. Layer on the chicken strips, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, olives, and feta. Drizzle some cool tzatziki on top and add extra herbs if you want.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Let the chicken sit in the marinade overnight if you can. Then rest it before you slice to keep it juicy.
02 - Want to cut carbs? Swap the rice for cauliflower rice or some leafy greens.
