Zucchini Chicken Cheese (Print Version)

Cherry tomatoes, tender chicken, and zucchini get baked up with mozzarella, Parmesan, and a kick of herbs. The whole thing turns out hearty and delicious for a satisfying meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
02 - 3 medium zucchinis, sliced up
03 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

→ Cheeses

04 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and pepper, use as much as you like
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Other

10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - Fresh basil leaves for topping (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Let it sit for a few minutes, throw on some fresh basil if you want, and dish it up while it's warm.
02 - Pop it in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. The cheese should get bubbly and golden, and the zucchini will be soft.
03 - Go ahead and sprinkle grated Parmesan all over the top.
04 - Scoop the whole mix into your greased dish, spread it out nice and even.
05 - Drizzle some olive oil and coat your 23 x 33 cm baking pan so nothing sticks.
06 - Toss the shredded chicken, cut zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until mixed well.
07 - Get your oven going at 190°C. Give it a few minutes to heat up before you start cooking.

01 - If you want less water in your dish and more crunch, make sure to pat your zucchini slices dry before you mix everything together.
