# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - A pinch of salt
02 - Half a teaspoon baking powder
03 - 50 grams almond meal
04 - 200 grams plain flour

05 - One big egg
06 - 100 grams soft unsalted butter
07 - 100 grams white sugar
08 - A teaspoon of vanilla

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Once baked, let the cookies fully cool on a rack before you eat them.
02 - Turn the oven on to 180 degrees C so it’s hot and ready.
03 - Put the tray in the oven and let the cookies bake for 12 to 15 minutes till they get a nice light brown color.
04 - Take dough and make little balls that are about the same size. Place them apart on your baking tray.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix into the wet, stirring gently so it all comes together as one dough.
06 - Sift the flour, almonds, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and stir them around.
