# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Protein

01 - Cubed chicken breast, 450 g

→ Marinade

02 - Honey, 60 ml
03 - Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, 30 ml
04 - Minced garlic, 2 cloves
05 - Ground cumin, 5 ml
06 - Olive oil, 30 ml
07 - Salt and black pepper as you like

→ Extras

08 - Wooden skewers soaked in water if using

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put honey, cumin, garlic, chipotle sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well so everything blends together.
02 - Cover the chicken cubes with the marinade. Mix thoroughly, then pop it in the fridge for half an hour or more.
03 - Turn the grill to medium-high heat and let it warm up.
04 - Stick the marinated chicken pieces evenly onto the skewers you soaked.
05 - Lay the skewers on the grill. Turn them now and then and cook 10 to 15 minutes until the inside hits 74°C.
06 - Take the skewers off and rest them for 5 minutes so the juices stay locked in before eating.
