# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 450 g raw salmon fillets

→ Sauce

02 - 30 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
03 - 2 minced chipotle peppers in adobo

04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - 120 g sour cream
06 - 200 g shredded cabbage, green or purple

→ Wraps

07 - 8 corn or flour tortillas

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get your grill or oven ready at 190°C. Dry the salmon well before cooking.
02 - Stir up the lime juice and minced chipotle in a bowl. Rub this on the salmon on all sides.
03 - Throw the salmon on the grill or bake it. Cook each side 4-6 minutes till it comes apart easily.
04 - Shred your cabbage. You can also grab avocado or cilantro if you want to add some flair.
05 - Mix garlic powder with sour cream in a bowl. Stir till smooth and creamy.
06 - Heat the tortillas a bit on your grill or stove. Break the salmon into pieces, add cabbage on top, and splash the sauce over each.
