Heat the oven to 190°C and wait till it’s ready.

Lay out the dough on a clean surface. Pull it a little if you want to make it bigger.

Put the chocolate chips and melted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for half a minute at a time, stirring until it’s all melted and smooth.

Starting at the wide end, roll each dough triangle tight. Space them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put the rolls in the hot oven for about 15–20 minutes till they get golden.

While they’re still warm, spoon or pipe the melted chocolate over each croissant.

If you like, add a light dust of powdered sugar just before serving.
