Golden buttery croissants finished off with a silky dark chocolate swirl.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Topping

01 - Melted butter, 30 g unsalted
02 - 170 g dark chocolate chips

→ Dough

03 - One pack (226 g) of ready-made croissant dough

→ Finish

04 - Powdered sugar, 30 g (optional, for sprinkling)

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 190°C and wait till it’s ready.
02 - Lay out the dough on a clean surface. Pull it a little if you want to make it bigger.
03 - Put the chocolate chips and melted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for half a minute at a time, stirring until it’s all melted and smooth.
04 - Starting at the wide end, roll each dough triangle tight. Space them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Put the rolls in the hot oven for about 15–20 minutes till they get golden.
06 - While they’re still warm, spoon or pipe the melted chocolate over each croissant.
07 - If you like, add a light dust of powdered sugar just before serving.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Go for good dark chocolate to boost flavor. Warm croissants taste best and feel soft. Try tossing chopped nuts or sprinkles on top for fun.
