# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dry stuff

01 - 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
02 - 1.25 grams salt
03 - 125 grams all-purpose flour
04 - 2.5 grams baking soda

→ Wet stuff

05 - 100 grams granulated sugar
06 - 110 grams packed brown sugar
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
09 - 113 grams unsalted butter, softened

→ Peanut butter mix

10 - 60 grams powdered sugar
11 - 128 grams creamy peanut butter

→ Extras

12 - 90 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until you get a thick dough. Roll it into a dozen tiny balls about a teaspoon each. Pop them in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, stir flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. In another bigger bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla till smooth. Slowly add the dry mix, stirring until soft dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
03 - Take around 22 grams of dough (about 1½ tablespoons). Flatten it a bit, then plop a frozen peanut butter ball in the middle. Wrap the dough all around and roll into a neat ball. Put them on a lined baking sheet and keep going till you use all the dough and filling.
04 - Heat the oven to 175°C. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Let cookies chill on the sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to a rack to cool and firm up.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Chilling the peanut butter balls stops them from melting when baked.
02 - Soft butter helps make the dough fluffy and light.
03 - Letting cookies rest on the baking sheet keeps them from falling apart.
