# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Stuffing

01 - 1 clove garlic, minced
02 - 25 g mozzarella, shredded
03 - 120 g soft cream cheese
04 - 25 g grated Parmesan
05 - 120 g sour cream
06 - 240 ml chopped fresh spinach

→ Dough & topping

07 - 1 pack chilled breadstick dough
08 - 1 beaten egg for brushing

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put the dough pieces on a baking tray and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until the top looks golden and cooked through.
02 - Carefully fold the edges over the filling to close it up and then paint the tops with the beaten egg.
03 - Drop some of the spinach mix in the center of each dough shape.
04 - Flatten the dough on a clean surface and use a tree-shaped cutter or knife to make shapes.
05 - In a bowl, stir together spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic until mixed well.
06 - Warm the oven to 190°C (375°F).
