Once they’ve cooled on a rack, dig in or keep them in a tight container for a few days.

Set your air fryer to 150°C. Cook the banana slices for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping them over at the halfway point. Start checking how they’re going by the 12-minute mark. When they’re golden and feeling crisp, you’re good.

Place the sugar-coated banana rounds flat in your air fryer basket. Don’t let them stack or touch. Just stack a new batch if you’ve got too many.

After brushing both sides of each banana round with coconut oil, dust on as much cinnamon-sugar as you like. Make sure to cover each one.

Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a little bowl. Give it a few good stirs so there aren’t any clumps.

Chop the peeled bananas into thin, even discs—about 3 mm thick works best. Use a steady hand or mandoline if you want.
