# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - Shredded cabbage about 400 g (mix green and purple if you want)
02 - Carrots shredded, 100 g
03 - Half a small red onion, sliced thin
04 - Chopped fresh parsley 15 g, optional

→ Sauce

05 - Mayonnaise 120 g
06 - Apple cider vinegar, 30 ml
07 - Honey or sugar, 30 g
08 - Dijon mustard 5 ml
09 - Celery seed 1 g if you like
10 - Salt to taste
11 - Black pepper to taste

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put the shredded cabbage and carrots, sliced onion, and parsley if you want into a big bowl.
02 - In another small bowl, mix mayo, cider vinegar, honey or sugar, mustard, and celery seed until smooth.
03 - Drizzle the sauce over the veggies and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
04 - Sprinkle salt and pepper to your liking and mix just a bit.
05 - Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for at least half an hour so the flavors blend. Give it a stir before serving and add more seasoning if you need.
