Matcha Green Tea Chill (Print Version)

Icy matcha green tea with hits of lime, apple bits, and mint. Gets you feeling fresh and is naturally sweetened.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - Some ice cubes, use as much as you want
02 - A bit of fresh mint leaves
03 - Thin apple slices, just one apple
04 - Round slices from one lime
05 - Add maple syrup, 1 to 3 teaspoons or to your liking
06 - About a quart of cold water
07 - Hot water, about a third of a cup
08 - One teaspoon of matcha green tea powder

# Steps:

01 - Drop the matcha green tea powder in a little bowl. Pour in that hot water and whisk it fast so everything dissolves and you don't see any bits left.
02 - Stir in as much maple syrup as you like to the smooth matcha mixture. Mix until it's totally blended in.
03 - Pour your sweet matcha blend into your big pitcher. Add cold water, but save some space at the top for all your ice later.
04 - Now throw in the apple and lime slices, fresh mint leaves, and a bunch of ice cubes into the pitcher.
05 - Give everything a gentle stir so the fruit and mint get everywhere. Pour into glasses. Pop in more fruit or mint if you want and enjoy it right away.

# Notes:

01 - Switch out the apple for some fresh berries if you want to mix up the taste.
02 - If you want fewer carbs, go with monk fruit extract or stevia instead of maple syrup.
