Minty Condensed Lemonade (Print Version)

Sweet-tart lemon, creamy milk, and lively mint—this is one chill summer sip you'll love.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 950 ml chilled water
02 - 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - Around 240 ml fresh lemon juice from about 4 to 6 lemons

→ Herbs and Garnish

04 - A handful (15 g) of fresh mint with some extra for topping
05 - Ice, as much as you like
06 - Lemon rounds for topping, if you fancy

# Steps:

01 - Toss a few ice cubes into your glasses, pour in the cooled lemonade, and top it off with that extra mint and a slice of lemon—totally up to you.
02 - Pop the pitcher in the fridge for a good half hour so everything gets nice and cold and the flavors settle together.
03 - Give it a quick taste test. If you want it sweeter, stir in a bit more condensed milk til it hits just right.
04 - Throw your mint leaves into the mix, press them a little with a spoon or muddler to help the flavor come out, and give everything a gentle stir.
05 - Keep stirring as you slowly pour in the 950 ml of cold water, making sure the flavors mix well.
06 - In a big pitcher, whisk together your strained lemon juice and the condensed milk until it all smooths out into one creamy blend.
07 - Squeeze out about 240 ml of juice from your lemons, then run it through a sieve so you don’t get any seeds or chunky bits.

# Notes:

01 - You can use coconut condensed milk instead if you want this drink without regular dairy.
02 - Change up the amount of lemon juice or condensed milk based on how tangy or sweet you want your drink.
