Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Put the bread cubes, chopped nuts, cranberries, celery, diced apples, and onions in a big bowl and mix them around well.

In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Slowly add the broth while whisking to blend everything.

Pour the wet mix over the bread and fruit stuff. Stir gently so all the bread soaks up the liquid evenly.

Mix in the chopped parsley carefully so it's spread through the whole mix.

Grease a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish then spread the mixture in there. Press it down lightly to pack it.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for half an hour.

Take off the foil and bake for 15 to 20 more minutes until the top turns golden and crunchy.

Let it cool for a bit before serving so the flavors can settle in.
