# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - After draining the potatoes, mash them with milk, butter, and heavy cream. Add salt and pepper. Keep them warm.
02 - Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until a fork goes in easily. This takes about 15 minutes.
03 - In the skillet, melt butter and cook garlic for just a minute till it smells great. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Let it bubble gently for 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Mix in the Parmesan until it's all melted and the sauce feels creamy.
05 - Warm olive oil in the pan on medium-high. Fry shrimp about 2 or 3 minutes each side until they turn opaque. Take them out.
06 - Put shrimp back in the sauce and stir gently to coat them well.
07 - Put the mashed potatoes on plates then load on the creamy shrimp. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for some fresh color.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Change the garlic and cheese to match what you like. If you want it lighter, try half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Make sure shrimp is all cooked before eating.
