Air Fryer Hashbrowns (Print Version)

Quickly air fry potatoes till they're extra crispy and golden. Perfect for breakfast or a chill weekend brunch—nothing complicated.

# Ingredients:

→ Seasoning and Oil

01 - Olive oil or avocado oil spray, about 1 tablespoon
02 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder if you want
03 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder if you want
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, add more or less if you need
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Hashbrowns

06 - 2 cups of frozen shredded potatoes (around 300g) or 4 frozen potato patties

# Steps:

01 - Warm up your air fryer at 193°C for about 3 minutes first.
02 - Give your air fryer basket a quick spray of oil so nothing sticks.
03 - Spread out patties or shreds in one flat layer. Don't let anything pile up.
04 - Spritz a little oil on top, then sprinkle on salt, pepper, and your optional garlic and onion powders nice and even.
05 - Let them cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes.
06 - Flip those hashbrowns with tongs or a spatula. Keep air frying another 5 to 7 minutes until they're golden and crunchy.
07 - Want them extra crispy? Pop them back in for 1 minute at a time till you're happy with the crunch.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you don't crowd the basket. That way everything turns out crisp and browned all over.
