Golden tortellini get extra crisp in your air fryer with loads of Parmesan and herbs. They’re the perfect quick snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Cooking spray
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
03 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 255 grams of cheese or prosciutto-filled refrigerated tortellini
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Dish up right away while everything's still hot. Dunk in any marinara or dip you like.
02 - Pop each finished batch in an oven already heated to 95°C. That way, they stay toasty while you cook up the rest.
03 - Put your coated tortellini inside the basket in a single layer. If they won't all fit, just work in a few rounds. Let them cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway so everything gets crispy and golden all over.
04 - Spray the air fryer basket so nothing sticks and heat it up to 190°C.
05 - Grab your drained tortellini and toss 'em back in the bowl. Throw in the Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian herbs, a bit of salt, and olive oil. Mix gently so each piece gets covered.
06 - Throw the tortellini in a big bowl. Pour over boiling water till they're all under. Wait about 3 minutes, then drain really well.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the tortellini are well-drained first—less water means they'll get nice and crunchy.
