Pop each finished batch in an oven already heated to 95°C. That way, they stay toasty while you cook up the rest.

Put your coated tortellini inside the basket in a single layer. If they won't all fit, just work in a few rounds. Let them cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway so everything gets crispy and golden all over.

Spray the air fryer basket so nothing sticks and heat it up to 190°C.

Grab your drained tortellini and toss 'em back in the bowl. Throw in the Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian herbs, a bit of salt, and olive oil. Mix gently so each piece gets covered.

Throw the tortellini in a big bowl. Pour over boiling water till they're all under. Wait about 3 minutes, then drain really well.
