Set your oven to 110°C and cover two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a big bowl, stir together cinnamon, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and sea salt.

Put the apple slices into the bowl and gently mix with lemon juice so they don’t turn brown.

Pour melted butter over the apple slices. Then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar blend and make sure all slices get coated.
