# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 225g soft goat cheese

→ Breading

02 - 125g plain flour
03 - 120g panko crumbs
04 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
05 - Salt as you like

→ Egg Wash

07 - 2 eggs beaten

01 - Keep goat cheese out for 15 minutes so it gets softer.
02 - Line up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with eggs, and one with panko mixed with herbs.
03 - Use a tablespoon to scoop goat cheese and roll into balls weighing about 15 grams.
04 - Roll balls first in the herb flour, then dip in eggs, finally cover them completely in the panko mix.
05 - Heat up oil for deep frying or set air fryer to 190°C. Deep fry for 3 minutes or air fry for 6, till golden and crunchy.
