Keep goat cheese out for 15 minutes so it gets softer.

Line up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with eggs, and one with panko mixed with herbs.

Use a tablespoon to scoop goat cheese and roll into balls weighing about 15 grams.

Roll balls first in the herb flour, then dip in eggs, finally cover them completely in the panko mix.

Heat up oil for deep frying or set air fryer to 190°C. Deep fry for 3 minutes or air fry for 6, till golden and crunchy.

Take cooked balls out and place on paper towels to soak up extra oil. Enjoy right away with your favorite dip.
