Take the potatoes out of the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top right before you serve.

Put the tray in the oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until the outside turns nice and golden.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the potatoes so it bakes into a tasty crust.

Lay the seasoned potatoes out evenly in a single layer on the baking sheet so they crisp up well.

Put the halved potatoes in the bowl and mix them around so all sides get coated with the seasoning mix.

Stir together the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a big bowl until it’s all mixed well.

Give the baby potatoes a good rinse and then cut each one in half.
