# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 60 milliliters olive oil
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

06 - 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Potatoes

07 - 900 grams small baby potatoes

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Take the potatoes out of the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top right before you serve.
02 - Put the tray in the oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until the outside turns nice and golden.
03 - Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the potatoes so it bakes into a tasty crust.
04 - Lay the seasoned potatoes out evenly in a single layer on the baking sheet so they crisp up well.
05 - Put the halved potatoes in the bowl and mix them around so all sides get coated with the seasoning mix.
06 - Stir together the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a big bowl until it’s all mixed well.
07 - Give the baby potatoes a good rinse and then cut each one in half.
08 - Turn your oven on to 200°C and wait until it’s nice and hot.
